I did not receive a registration code after my purchase, how can I use the product?
If you have used e-check payment it may take up to 4 days until the payment clears. Only creditcard and instant payments clear immediately. Once your license is activated, you will be sent an Order Confirmation e-mail automatically. If you did not receive it, you can still activate the product using the e-mail address of your purchase. Please check that messages from us do not require anti-spam authorisation and do not get filtered by your provider as spam.I lost my registration code, can you please send it again?
All products use online activation, registration codes are not required. Just unlock your copy using the e-mail address you have used for your purchase on the trial sheet appearing when the application is launched in demo mode. Online activation only transmits the entered e-mail address for verification.Activation shows an error message telling me that the information is invalid, why?
If you get an error message telling you that the information is invalid, please make sure that you use exactly the same email address that you have used for your purchase. If you have problems identifying your purchase email please contact us with your payment details (name, product, date of purchase, etc.).Activation shows an error message concerning the internet connection, why?
If you get an error message about the internet connection, please make sure that your Mac is online and is able reach freeridecoding.com in a browser.Please make sure that no firewall tool blocks the application from accessing the net during activation.
